I am not one that likes talking about myself, but I am going to share a bit of it because it might inspire you to start this journey to live your dream.
Remember, I am just like you. Full of dreams and talents as well as fears, failures and setbacks. I am also no more intelligent or luckier than you.
Everything that I have achieved started from being intentional about learning and growth. Instead of relying on my talent. I looked for answers and strategies searching what great leaders do and what they have in common.
- I come from a very humble family
- Often felt I have nothing to offer
- Felt lost and frustrated
- Sold building nails and rope strings when I was young (my dad taught me a great lesson)
- Went to university, received 2 degrees
- Started teaching at University
But I had one thing very clear,
I always wanted to help people grow
When I was 30, I started to intentionally implement what my dad had taught me (THE DRIP THEORY) at a
young age when I was selling building nails and rope strings.
I then started making new decisions and see different results:
- Started being intentional about personal growth
- Found my passion, talent and potential and created a personal growth plan
- Asked for help from coaches and mentors
- Started a couple of businesses (failed and succeeded)
- Discovered the formula ¨From OK to GREAT¨
- Created the methodology ¨Learn by Living¨
- Was invited to speak to many conventions and travelled to different places
- Turned my passion, talent and potential into an income
- Got clients such as: Microsoft, Danone, Telefonica, Swarovski, EADA, Xing, etc
- Began teaching in one of the most prestigious Business Schools EADA
- I now help people like you Find and Boost your potential and be the best version of yourself
